Shipping:

Our products ship via UPS ground.  Orders over 150lbs qualify for LTL shipping or could be shipped via multiple packages through ground shipping.  We choose the most cost efficient option that gets the parts to you the fastest.  Special shipping requests can be made through the order notes in the checkout process.  Additional Rates may apply.

Returns:

Returns are accepted upon request on a case-by-case basis.  All new and unused items with the exception of custom hose assemblies may be returned.  Hose assemblies may only be returned due to a manufacturer’s defect.  If you have received a custom hose assembly incorrectly please call us at (843) 764-9929 and we will be able to provide a solution.  All orders may be changed prior to to shipping please contact us immediately if you see an issue with your order.
